By placing an order through Ren’s Bistro’s website, third-party delivery apps, or by phone, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Order Accuracy
Please ensure all details in your order are correct before submitting. Ren’s Bistro is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information entered by the customer, including delivery address, contact info, or item selections.
2. Payment
All orders must be paid in full at the time of placement using the available payment options. We accept major credit/debit cards and third-party app payments. Prices listed on our website and menus are subject to change without notice.
3. Order Changes & Cancellations
Once your order is placed, we begin preparing it immediately. For this reason, changes or cancellations may not be possible after confirmation. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.
4. Pick-Up & Delivery
Orders must be picked up at the scheduled time or delivered through a selected partner platform. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or third-party delivery providers.
5. Refunds & Returns
We do not issue refunds for completed orders unless there is a verified issue with the quality or accuracy of the items received. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 24 hours so we can assist you.
6. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
Please notify us of any food allergies when placing your order. While we do our best to accommodate requests, Ren’s Bistro is not liable for allergic reactions, as cross-contamination may occur.
